so there was quite a bit of ice yesterday morning but thankfully it melted a bit by the afternoon...got out and walked yesterday and today...managed to get down to the boardwalk today...it was quite icy and there was even a good deal of snow on the beach which was pretty cool although i think the polar bear swim is sunday so here's hoping the snow is (somewhat) gone by then...walked one way on the boardwalk and back on the street...hey i'm only a little crazy...
i'm hoping last weigh-in was just a fluke and that i'm managing to get back on track but we shall see...its supposed to be a little crazy weather-wise on saturday but its also supposed to be close to 40(summer already???) so we'll see how it turns out...
closing in on my first month of this whole regiment...hope to have a good close to keep momentum going but so far things seem to be moving along and haven't had to many non-walking days...go me! and i mean i understand that the weight is going to be coming off slowly at this point but i just want to see it consistently come off(fingers crossed)...just need to keep up the excersize and maintain the improved(and much healthier) diet...but things are good at this point...
off to bed...apparently getting a good night sleep is important...who knew...and all this time i thought 6 hours was normal...
