so again i have been lax in posting here but its been a busy few weeks with work amongst other things...i have been keeping up with the excersize plan and have had 3 successful weeks at weight watchers...manage to drop 2 pounds which is great...so i'm now officially at my lowest by almost 2 pounds...
after 3 months i'm down 5 pounds...could be more but i think things are finally starting to turn around...now that work will be slowing down a bit i should be able to get to the boardwalk more often and hopefully once it warms up a bit i'll be able to hit the pool...can't wait for that...
looking to save up for a bike and i think i may look into buying some hand weights to use for swimming...i have flippers and hope the hand weights will help to build up the muscles in my arms...
overall its been a pretty positive month weight and excersize wise...just waiting to hear from school...fingers crossed that happens soon
