so hit up the scales yesterday and stayed the same...ironically i'm not to disappointed because i kind of a porker of a weekend...but happy that i managed to get myself out to walk 10 out of the last 11 days...didn't walk yesterday because of that pesky rain...darn it all...but its cool...got back into it today without much hesitation...yay
this weekend though i'm heading upstate with my mother and sister to the spa which should be lots of fun...the food rocks and the theme is dance weekend...interesting since i randomly break into dance at various times like in my car or while walking around the apartment...you know for funsies and all that...and i have to say having the ipod definately helps with the random dance a thons...the two drawbacks...no smoking(boo) and no caffine(triple boo)...the non-smoking should be fine but the no caffine thing is a little tricky(shocker)...i do manage to bring up some diet coke(another shocker but to have a non-caffinated me is not really someone you want to be around)...but all in all it should be a fun weekend of excersize, good food, and some pampering...
so here's to dropping some weight this week and keeping up the workout routine...
