what the.....?

so its been a few days but crazyness has ensued...monday i went ahead and ran 2 full miles...to fast i ask or not so much...to remind you i've really only gotten back into running a month and a half ago but why not...also i think i may have goofed a bit on the time i've run a mie...didn't calculate from when i actually started running but i have since and have been consistently around 11:30...still pretty amazing since the last time i calculated it i was about 40 pounds lighter and i'm only about 2 minutes over my average time...

but i think the running is helping to tone me up a bit which is a bonus...the weight is slowly coming off and i'm trying to tweak the whole diet/running thing...i may or may not be eating enough(or maybe i'm eating to much)...still working on it...my clothes are getting a little bigger which is a bonus so that makes me a little bit happier then the number per say...yes getting the weight off is important but it will hit eventually...
